Same recipe as last time – I wanted something that would be ready quickly.
Clearly it’s been a while since I brewed, as I forgot to measure it, so don’t know how much or what strength I finished with. Never mind, it’ll taste fine I’m sure!
Water was a little less hard today, so slightly less CRS required. Added 14g gypsum and 1.5g salt (ish, given my scales) as suggested by the water treatment calculator at Jim’s.
The one measurement I have managed is the gravity, at 13.6Bx = 1.053, so bang on.
2012-11-11: Bottled 42 with 80g sugar for priming. FG was about 1.012, so that’s 5.2% ABV.
