Hardness a bit higher today: 228ppm. Water treatment: 33ml CRS in 30 litres, with 9.2g Gyspum, 3g Epsom salts, 2g Calcium Chloride, 0.8g salt.
Low boil-off today, and as a result I have 23.5 litres at 1.046. I really do need to adjust my equipment profile in BeerSmith. Still, smells damn good!
